With AGM, we had an excellent experience! Our salesman Kevin impressed us right away with his ability to conduct virtual meetings and provide us with an estimate that the business stood by all through the process. The entire crew, including the architect and designer, was excellent! The coordination of all the trades went smoothly as soon as Lina joined our team as our project manager. If we emailed her with any queries or worries, she would respond right away and have the answers available. AGM did a great job finishing our basement. They were on the higher end in terms of cost, but you get what you pay for, and the quality of AGM’s work shows. There were some hiccups throughout the project, but our Project Manager Carmen was able to work with us to navigate through any issues. Overall, Carmen was great to deal with and on top of things. We were those clients that paid attention to every detail and Carmen was always available to assist and resolve any roadblocks. Also, shoutout to Eric from sales who worked with us initially and took the time to explain everything. The trades team did great work, especially the tiler Carl who finished our accent wall and bathroom tiles to perfection. Would recommend using AGM for your basement renovation!

Very happy with finishing our basement project by AGM, our project manager Ayad is very professional , responsible and friendly and from day one we noticed that he does want the job to be done the same way that he wants it to be done for his own house. This is a very good feeling because you know that job will be done perfectly.

Fantastic service and workmanship. We have had our basement finished, all bathrooms, kitchen in progress and floors in progress and soon to be entirely painted. AGM has been top notch from the beginning and can't say enough about our project managers, Ayad, Ilya, Saba and designers Gloria, Matthew and Kelly. Lyndsie our sales rep from the start was one of the most professional and patient persons we have ever dealt with and Alexei has been on top of scheduling from the get go. The tradesman have all been polite, friendly, clean and have even gone out of their way to assist us. We are ahead of schedule on the overall project...awesome company!!

We are close to the end of our dream basement renovation and I want to provide my heartfelt thank you to all the workers at AGM under the effective and professional leadership of our wonderful project manager Karim. He was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make our wishes come true. We couldn’t ask for a greater team. We also want to give a special shout out to the handyman Eugene for his meticulous attention to detail and for putting up with our many questions and requests. He did much to make our dream basement come true. We hired AGM for our bathroom renovation. The work was completed with minimal disruption of our daily lives at home. we now have a modern bathroom to take pride in. Vadim the renovator is very reliable, professional and pays attention to minute details. We have already recommended AGM to our friends and family. An extreme high pressure sales organization! They want a $2500 non refundable up front deposit based on a phone conversation and an estimate based on photos with out proper measurements! You must sign NOW, or lose a $1000 discount waiting until tomorrow. I took Mike Holmes advice and said goodbye! This comment will not be available for anyone to find as it is not complementary so will be hidden on some obscure page that even I can not find! Think before doing business with a firm like this!

AGM Renovations renovated our kitchen last month. In addition to installing new cabinets and countertops, they also did the floor tile, backsplash, electrical work, plumbing, patching and painting. The quality of workmanship has been excellent and all the trades were very courteous and always on time. I will be looking to hire AGM again for future renovations.

Wow agm is nightmare company

Pls be aware of this company pls do some research they are scammed if u see some good reviews don't trust from agm they have people to put fake good reviews I know because I was working with them and sometimes they push consumers to put good reviews or delete bad reviews
